Oggi ho approfittato di un "interruzione tecnica" nell'erogazione del servizio HDSL (per farla breve non avevo la linea) per fare un po' di pulizia.
Parlo di una pulizia generale del "computer" con particolare attenzione per l'interno del case.
A molti potrà sembrare una cavolata assurda, ma in vista di temperature esterne elevate, è meglio difendere il proprio pc da eccessivi surriscaldamenti.

Un elemento che sicuramente rientra nella lista nera dei perfetti "genitori" è la polvere, ma non quella "leggera" che và via con un semplice soffio, ma quella compatta e ben attaccata alle parti elettroniche.

Bene oggi ho aperto il case (parte sinistra e frontale) e già qui la situazione era chiara... era urgente un intervento di pulizia drastica. Infatti c'erano diversi batuffoli di polvere che viaggiavano in tutta libertà... ma non solo si intravedeva in mezzo alle maglie dei dissipatori un bel "tappeto" di polvere concentrata (accumulato in un paio di mesi di utilizzo continuo).. passare uno stuzzicadenti in questi casi può essere più dannoso che altro (si rischia di comprimere verso il basso), o in ogni caso diventa lungo e il lavoro rischia di non essere al 100% perfetto.
Cosa fare? Beh o utilizzate una bella bomboletta con beccuccio lungo di aria compressa... oppure un compressore (quello che usato io) oppure una bella pompa da biciceltta.

Per prima cosa se possibile conviene togliere da sopra il dissipatore la ventola (vedi il mio caso) poi togliere qualche "filo" per eseguire un lavoro di fino... e poi 5-10 minuti di manodopera (ovviamente il tutto a computer non alimentato!!!)

Per prima cosa passate i getti d'aria nelle fessure dei dissipatori bloccando le ventole (girando a vuoto e troppo velocemente potreste rovinare il motorino e comprometterne il funzionamento), una volta puliti i dissipatori date un getto d'aria in tutto il case per rimuovere i cumoletti di polvere (io ho usato 4-5 atmosfere e ho fatto tutto in pochissimo).

Adesso arriva il pezzo più polveroso, l'alimentatore, cercate di entrare con il beccuccio dentro il l'ali, e sparate da tutti i lati aria a buona potenza... ATTENZIONE consiglio a tutti di mettersi davanti alla bocca e al naso una mascherina e/o un fazzoletto... e di fare questo lavoro dove sarà possibile pulire facilmente.

Adesso nuovamente date una pulita a tutto il case cercando di far andare l'aria anche dietro la scheda madre.
Ovviamente tornando al punto uno, più i dissipatori saranno grandi e con maglie complicate/chiuse più si dovrà avere pazienza e precisione. Ricordo che i dissipatori possono essere della CPU, della GPU grafica, i vari dissipatori sulla motherboard e sulle ram (se li avete ma sono rari ^^).

Insomma dopo tutto sto casino ho guadagnato più dissipazione e più circolo d'aria.
Buona pulizia a tutti, da parte mia non posso far altro che consigliarla in vista del caldo (e se la potenza dell'alimentatore lo consente, e vi è il posto una ventola aggiuntiva non fà male ^^).
